Week 6 – Barracuda Training Cycle
Week 5 was all about De-loading our volumes and giving our bodies some much needed TLC at the halfway point of our training block.
This week is Week 6 of our Barracuda Training Cycle where our percentages move back up to around 80% of our various RMs.
This week we have Deadlifts mid-week and our Bench Press & Overhead Squats to round out the working week.
CHAD 1000
This Fridays 5:30pm Class will be the Hero WOD, CHAD. You may have seen fellow CrossFit Affiliates across the world take part in the Hero WOD over the last week and as we are currently in Movember where we focus on Mens Health, it is a great opportunity for our community to get behind the cause.
If you believe this WOD looks easy, think again…. It’s a challenging WOD both physically and mentally, in classic CrossFit fashion, the simplest WODs are the hardest.

In honor of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson who died by suicide on Oct. 29, 2018, due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast-wave injuries, and PTSD.
