Week Ahead – Week 4 Barracuda Training Block
We turn up the volume this week as the percentages for our loads across most movements increase, a reminder to continue to use SugarWOD as your point of reference and to track your progress.
Squat October has come and gone, it was great to see the accessory efforts during the month of October, we received lots of feedback of members using the Squat Programming as an extra workout or in place of the daily WODs. Squat October returns in 2025!
As we close off October, we want to acknowledge these legends who’ve ticked off their PBs and Goals for October. From getting consistent with their training regime to the continued quest for Virtuosity to be move well and move often.
