Week 5 of our Barracuda Training Cycle and it’s De-load Week. The volume with loads dials down slightly, so our bodies can recover but the intensity and volume is very much dialled up high. 
We have numerous capacity workouts across the week as we focus on engine building and stamina. 

Run Club – Starts Sunday 17th November 

We’re preparing for Round the Bays (RTB)2025 – Sunday 16th February 
8.4 kms or 21 kms Options 

On Sundays 8:00am we will be starting our Louka Run Club for RTB / Summer / Extra metabolism boost to complement our general training. 

Run Club is for EVERYONE and all fitness levels, it will be staggered to suit a beginner to advanced. 

Come down on Sundays for the Run Club push before we get into our Sunday antics.
