Classes
CrossFit
Our General CrossFit classes are constantly varied functional training sessions which run for 1 hour . It generally starts with a testing week, followed by a training cycle then ends with a re-test week.
Express
This is our 45 minute High Intensity CrossFit (Functional) class, perfect to get in and get active.
Teen Class
Teens classes run every term on a 4-week training block. The classes have a specified coach to ensure the Teens are safe and have extra attention as they learn and develop their skills whilst getting fit.
Body Build
The program is based on functional bodybuilding principles, with the underlying theme of using multi-joint compound movements (deadlifts, squats and presses), with the support from single joint movements (bicep curls, hamstring curls etc) to build functional muscle and strength.
Cardio Class
Cardio class is all about engine building, get your cardio up so we have the stamina for consistent output during those long metcon WODs.
